Alas! With the status of presenting best eye-candies, 2009 Kingfisher Calendar disillusioned its fans this time! L Regrettably the calendar models lacked all the charm and attraction! Thus, all the zeal and zest melted down as the calendar landed on the desk!
Arjun Rampal, bollywood hunk, manifested the occasion of release and introduction of the calendar along with its masterminds and the oh-NOT-so-cute models! Although there seemed to be immense pleasure among the lineup; while posing and smiling for the promotion purposes; yet there was an evident below par rating of looks and underdressed appearance of models!
As the Chairman of Kingfisher briefed up the idea of simplicity and instinctive looks that he executed in his pictures; he stated,” I had briefed the photographer to work in a space that would create such images. The accent was on simplicity and working with natural elements.” Though, the pictures are truly fine-looking art pieces; but the matter of fact is few want to look at the women themselves (as per the idea behind the images).
So the conclusion of the story is our unfulfilled desire of seeing some smoking hot babes that are roped on Kingfisher Calendar must be taken good care of perhaps next year. Amen!

Now, the dusky curvaceous beauty is back in Bollywood as she plays the lead negative role in Vipul Shah’s ‘London Dreams’ starring Salman Khan and Asin.
Owing to her complexion, curves and looks, Brinda has always been compared to the dusky Bong beauty Bipasha Basu and she has no qualms about it. Instead she feels proud about it saying, “It feels nice because I think Bipasha is extremely talented and very good looking. I consider her as my mentor. It will take me a very long time to get to where she is!”
Nokia’s much awaited touch screen XpressMusic phone, Nokia 5800 was officially launched in Mumbai, India. Though the phone was made available through Nokia Priority dealers on 3rd of Jan, it was launched by the hands of Nokia’s brand ambassador Priyanka Chopra. Nokia 5800 is the first XpressMusic touch screen phone from Nokia.
At the occasion, Nokia’s India head for Portfolio and categories said, ” With more than 300 million music enabled devices sold, and a online Nokia Music stores live in 12 markets globally, Nokia has been able to gain incredible amount of knowledge and insights on what people want in a music device and track important trends on how people consume music. We will continue to break new grounds in this space by offering innovative products & services to our consumers.”
On the launch, Priyanka Chopra was presented with a special edition Nokia 5800 XpressMusic.
