SRK plays an autistic in My Name is Khan

SRK is not resting on the laurels that his current flick Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi has brought for him, instead he is back to work as he is all set to start filming for Karan Johar’s My Name is Khan from tomorrow and SRK will be seen suffering from autism in the movie.

SRK plays Rizvan Khan who suffers from Asperger’s Syndrome which makes interaction and behavior strange and difficult.SRK has to say bye bye to lean look as he needs to put on weight for his role, SRK says, “The role requires me to have a fuller look. I am reading, watching documentaries, meeting people who are affected by autism and doctors who deal with it. It’s very unnerving and I salute parents who bring up children with any disorders.”

Rizwan Khan is suspected to be terrorist because of two reasons in the movie - one he is a Muslim and the other his strange behavior due to autism.

Well looks like we would get to see another splendid performance from SRK after Chak De.
