Adhyayan Suman celebrates his birthday

Adhyayan Suman celebrated his birthday in style. First, it was a surprise birthday gift from his parents, Shekhar and Alka Suman, a brand new car, which was gifted to him the night before his birthday. Then, it was a grand party at piano bar to celebrate the birthday as well as promote Adhyayan’s forthcoming film Raaz 2.

The impressive guest list included Imran Khan, Emraan Hashmi, Shekhar Suman, Mukesh Bhatt, Mahesh Bhatt, Monica Bedi, Mohit Suri and others. And of course, there was Kangana Ranaut who was spotted standing very close to Adhyayan all the time.

With her ‘Raaz- The Mystery Continues’ on the verge to hit the screens, Kangana Ranaut has decided to go for an all bold look. If you are wondering how bold would Kangana go after her previous bold acts (in case you forgot, her last flick was ‘Fashion’ which gave goose bumps to the censor board itself), check her out in Dabboo Ratnani’s 2009 calendar where she has revealed her assets in glamour and style. Seems Kangana wants to leave no stones unturned to attract viewers for her forthcoming flick where she stars opposite her current love Adhyayan Suman, Shekhar Suman’s son.

The launch of Dabboo Ratnani’s 2009 calendar was a glamorous as the calendar itself with the leading faces of Bollywood gracing the occasion. The occasion seemed complete in itself as it saw Vidya Balan looking graceful as ever in a white embroidered salwar suit. Kangana Ranaut seemed to be coming from a corporate meeting when she was spotted in a black formal business suit at the Launch. Handsome men, Shahid Kapoor and Dino Morea with girlfriend Lara Dutta were also spotted at the occasion. All three came together at the function. Also present were cute Amrita Rao, sultry Sophie Chaudhary, Ayesha Takia with fiance Farhan Azmi, sexy Riya Sen, Raveena Tandon and so on and so forth.

New Year calendars with Bollywood celebrities adding glaour and glitter to it are the most awaited part of any oncoming year. Among the most awaited ones is the calendar of Dabboo Ratnani. This time Dabboo has come up with his calendar featuring the brightest Bollywood stars like Akshay Kumar, Kangna Ranaut, Sushmita Sen, Abhishek Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, Kajol, Riteish Deshmukh and Deepika Padukone.

The calendar has Kajol in her ‘bindaas’ self atop a Mumbai taxi in a flaming red dress. Deepika Padukone is an all different look with her warrior queen avatar with a designer sword. Riteish Deshmukh looks awesomely striking with his Beatles-inspired sixties’ black and white look. Sajnay Dutt looks deadly behind the wheels of the gleaming red Ferrari.

Says Dabboo about his work, “I have not restricted myself to any dramatic theme for 2009. Some are in black and white, some are in reds while the rest are in vivid colors,” says Dabboo who begins work on his annual ritual in September every year. “Initially, I used to collect snaps of the stars I had shot and put them together for the calendar. But later, I began shooting them exclusively for it.”

Adhyayan is not Marrying Kangana: Shekhar Suman

 

Looks like Shekhar Suman has decided to become a spokesperson for his son. He is extremely protective about his 20 yr old son Adhyayan who made a debut earlier this year.

Now he is turning into a producer and he will produce films for his son. Talking about his much hyped relationship with Kangana Ranaut he says,“

He (Adhyayan) is just 20. How can he get married? He has to go a long way, ” Shekhar said.

Shekhar said he is confident that Adhyayan will get his due in Bollywood after the release of “Raaz” and “Jashn”.

Kangana Ranaut Keeps Maun, finds Tehrav!

Kangana Ranaut is unfazed by things around her from the time she has moved on to Yoga. She admitted she was going through tough times (thanks to Aditya Pancholi) but Yoga helped her sail through. She says,“I got everything very soon in my life but personally my life was going through too much of trauma. I was really trapped by dirty people and they wouldn’t let me concentrate on my work. They tried to harm me both physically as well as mentally.”She is quite vivacious and effervescent in nature and the practice of Maun or Silence helped her find ‘tehrav’ or harmony in life.“Initially I found it very difficult to stay silent;  however through perseverance I did manage to develop this as a regular part of my yoga practice and have benefited ever since.”“When I am working, I have to give it 100%. So that’s why I took a break for my personal work to sort out all my issues and only then got back to work. I did not want to struggle between work and personal issues. I am not that kind of a person. I can do only one thing at a time”, she had stated earlier.“Now, through Silence, I feel I’ve discovered my Soul, the very centre of my being, which is the source of all my energy - creative, spiritual, emotional and mental. I’ve always been a very focused person, and I’ve chosen to portray characters in my film that are challenging and strong. This awareness and practice has given me greater ability to channel my energy effectively to deliver even better on these performances”, she says in an obvious relaxed tone. Perhaps that means there would be no co-star rivalries for Kangana anymore.

Watchman at Yash Raj studios did not give respect to Kangana Ranaut

It is said that Yash Raj bosses are contenders for privacy and how well guarded their huge studio premises is. Even some Bollywood stars are no exception because Yash Raj’s strict rules are being applied on them too.

According to sources, “On Friday morning just before the trial show of Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi began at the Yash Raj Studios’ preview theatre, a white Skoda drove up to the gates of the studios and began honking at the gates so that the watchman would open the gates for them. The watchman avpided to open the gates and walked up to the driver.”

Sources further added, “Though the watchman had seen it was Kangana Ranaut sitting next to the driver’s seat, he knocked on the window and asked the driver whom he wanted to meet at YRF. He then left KanganaRanaut and her driver waiting at the gate for some more time till he went back to confirm the actress appointment over the intercom. After a good 15-20 minutes wait at the gates, actress Kangana Ranaut was finally allowed into the YRF studio”

Kangana upset with Bhatts, does not promote Raaz2

Kangana Ranaut is looking hot in the promos of Raaz: The Mystery Continues however the beautiful actress is upset with Bhatts for using her personal life as a publicity tool for the flick.Kangana says,  “I just won’t participate in any of the promotional activities of Raaz 2. I’m terribly hurt that my personal matters are being used to create hype around the film.”

The personal matter she is talking about is her relationship with her Raaz2 co-actor Adhyayan Suman.Kangana adds, “Adhyayan and I both respect our relationship too much to do anything frivolous on the sets. Moreover, I am a professional. I won’t let my personal life be used for the publicity of Raaz 2.”

Kangana surely looked every inch like a model in her last successful flick Fashion but the leggy lass is still not happy with her body and wants a body like some other Bollywood celebrity.

Kangana-Adhyayan Locked For Hours In Vanity Van

Kangana Ranaut is sharing screen space with her current boyfriend Adhyayan Suman in Raaz 2 and the lovebirds seem to make most out of the time they are together.

Kangana and Adhyayan fell in love while shooting for Raaz - The Mystery Continues and they were inseperable reports a source on the sets. So much that the two lost count of the time while they were locked together in the vanity van.

They had a shot with Emraan Hashmi who was made to wait for hours before Mohit Suri, the director cancelled the shoot in frustration. Kanagana and Adhyayan unaware of this were really shocked to see the shoot cancelled and apologized to producer Mukesh Bhatt, report sources on the sets.

When this buzz reached Adhyayan’s daddy Shekhar Suman, he was pretty upset. Adhyayan slammed the media for these rumors saying,“Come on, we are young, leave us alone… What have we done wrong to be under constant scrutiny all this while. First and foremost it is our personal life and it is no one else’s business to be interfering in that. Secondly, we have made our relationship public and just because we have done that and don’t have anything to hide, you can’t be writing something since you have to fill up your scoop column. Thirdly, though I could choose to completely keep quiet about it, I can’t help but cry out loud that nothing like this ever happened. Was the person who wrote all this there on the sets to see what was actually transpiring?”“I can go on to say that people should act with some responsibility but I know that it won’t be the last time that something like this has happened. I guess I will have to just start making myself oblivious about such rumors and baseless gossips being written about me. However, it is just not fair for Kangna to be going through this trauma. Guys, respect a lady at least”, said Adhyayan in anger.”Yet again, my dad was upset about the entire incident. I have to time and again pull the strings back and concentrate on my work. ‘Raaz - TMC’ has been such a fabulous movie and it pains when rather than talking about the film, I end up being a part of such conversations. Seriously, I have had enough and it’s just not fair anymore. Kangna has just withdrawn herself from media after this baseless story.”

Kangana & Adhyayan - Romance in the vanity van?

It was too much for Emraan Hashmi and he stormed out of the sets of ‘Raaz 2’ when he was kept waiting on the sets while Kangana Ranaut and Adhyayan Suman were locked in their vanity van. The duo had been there for about two hours despite the fact that they were required for the shoot. Initially, Emraan waited patiently for them. Director Mohit Suri also sent some production guys to knock on the vanity van’s door to remind them of the shoot. But when the wait stretched for over two hours, Emraan was fuming and unstoppable. He abandoned the sets leaving the shoot in a huff.

When Kangana and Adhyayan realized their folly, they were embarrassed and apologized profusely but Emraan had already left the sets.
